I am a Design Leader driven by a simple belief: great products are born at the intersection of bold brand storytelling and seamless functional utility. Based in Paris, I operate where business strategy meets creative excellence, helping brands find their voice and products find their scale.
Journey
My career has been defined by a constant duality: the high-velocity world of startups and the complex challenges of major companies. After years of shaping digital identities at agencies like Lonsdale and leading design for tech startups such as Kard (Gen Z banking) and Powder (AI gaming), I joined Free to oversee the design organization.
As Head of Design, I currently lead a multidisciplinary organization of ~30 designers. My mission is to orchestrate a unified design vision for 47 million subscribers, ensuring a seamless experience across our Mobile, Freebox, and Retail ecosystems.
I’ve never lost my zero-to-one mindset. Parallel to my role at Free, I act as a Freelance Strategic Design Partner for founders and early-stage startups like Finary, Opal or Airbuds. I help them transform raw ideas into scalable products, from defining their core identity to reaching product-market fit.
Philosophy
I don’t believe in leadership from an ivory tower. I am a firm advocate for staying 'hands-on'. You’ll still find me in Figma every day, leading early-stage explorations, rapid prototyping, and crafting strategic concepts directly with executive leadership. For me, leading means showing the way through the craft itself.
Side Projects
Foreignrap, born out of a passion for global hip-hop, Foreignrap is a platform dedicated to discovering and promoting international rap music. Built and run by enthusiasts, it’s a space where we share the best sounds from across the world, proving that great music knows no borders.
Scrnshts, what started as a hand-picked collection of the finest App Store design screenshots became a reference for thousands of mobile designers. I curated and scaled the platform until its successful acquisition in 2025.
Beyond building products, I am committed to helping the next generation of talent. I’ve shared my experience as a Guest Speaker and UI/UX Teacher at HETIC, EEMI, and MyDigitalSchool. My approach is twofold: sparking a passion for design in young students discovering the craft, and leading high-level technical workshops for students to sharpen their skills.
